Girl Tries Life hits the 100 mark!

Victoria Smith of Girl Tries Life hit a big milestone this week — she published her 100th episode!

Girl Tries Life offers tangible advice for living your best life. Victoria alternates between interviews with women who are living incredible lives and continue to strive for more, and micro-coaching episodes to tackle challenges.

It's based on the premise that "women are capable of achieving incredible things when they put in some serious effort," and Victoria herself is proof of that. Reaching 100 episodes is an achievement based on a lot of hard work.

It's all the more impressive when you know that she had a toddler son when she started the podcast, and gave birth to her daughter last year. Plus she has spun her work off into a business, called Stress Less Ladies, which has been accepted into the ATB X incubator.

Many thanks to Vanda Favaro of the Tight Ends podcast for encouraging Victoria to apply to be in the network. We've been so happy to have her with us since November of 2017, and look forward to many more great episodes in the future.

Victoria is celebrating her 100th episode by giving away three 100-minute stress reduction coaching sessions. Head to her website for details on how to enter, and while you're there, enjoy a fantastic interview with Stephanie Pollock, who was Victoria's first guest, and shares a lot of valuable advice in her return engagement.
Celebrate with Girl Tries Life!
