How "On the Hour" works:
• These alerts are not meant to replace our comprehensive Morning Coffee & Politics email, which highlights news from the previous day and also provides an outline of what's happening at the Capitol throughout your day ahead.
• On the Hour alerts will simply notify you that a new story has been posted within the last hour, and it may also include some occasional intel about bills that have been filed or other things happening in the halls of the Capitol complex.
• As such, we are unlikely to ever send more than 2-3 of these per day, unless there's a demand for more.
• If you would like to only receive our morning email once a day and not also receive these alerts, please feel free to update your preferences and select only Morning Coffee & Politics and leave On the Hour unchecked before clicking to update your profile.
