Friendly Reminder: Greet Your Child with a Smile and Watch Out for All the Kids in the Parking Lot.
It has come to the attention of Administration that many people are on their cell phones and distracted while pulling through pick-up line. This has resulted in a few near misses just in this past week, of other cars and of kids. What? Not cool.

Also, people on their phones don’t see children darting out between cars to the parents that just might be double parked or in the bus lane. Oh wait, that is not cool either. If you are on a call and can not get off, no worries, just pull into the parking lot until done. We have all been in that position. Now put the phone down… the car in front of you just moved up while you were reading this.

Following in the Jr. High's Footsteps: Congratulations to the Sacred Heart Elementary Quiz Bowl Team for their second place finish at Regionals! Next stop State!

Thank you to Crow Construction Company who spent time with the Sacred Heart Robo Rebels robotics team this week in celebration of National Engineering Week.

They did a fun activity from National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) where teams engineered light tubes to let natural light into a test house. They used a light meter app to get a baseline number of lumens let in through a hole in the roof. Then measured the number of lumens let in with the different tube designs.Their engineers were so impressed with the ingenuity of this group!

Does someone you know need to receive this and they are not? Have them opt in by filling this out!
