The school year has gone by quickly as Redwood Christian School returned for the 7th year. Over 28 Juniors and Seniors, along with 5 teachers came to help serve on the Navajo Nation. The short-term mission week is part of the student's Bible and Mission class. About every moment of that week is a highlight, but one of them is when the students share their testimonies with our students. This, along with some tutoring and mentoring, helps create fast friends. They are a great example to our kids as they talk about how God carried them through hard times.
Jono, a Redwood Senior, shared his testimony with my class through card tricks. "I could say that I knew what their card was before they knew what their card was," he explained. "That connected to how God knows what's going to happen and how His plan will fan out before we even know it…ultimately God knows what's going to happen and we need to trust that His will be done."
A few prayer requests:
• for those that are lost and searching for Hope.
• we have only a few weeks of school left. Pray that the kids would want to be good learners in the last few days.
• pray for direction for the summer. I am praying about an evangelism opportunity in Mexico, due South of Tucson, with Navajo friends. I am also looking forward to sharing what God has done this past year with friends in Chicago, Kansas and Florida.

Last weekend, Buddy and I had the chance to go to Nazlini AZ and take part in a revival at the Nazarene church there. Buddy shared a spacial Easter message with the youth at the church.
