Elections for the 2019-20 SBBA Board will be held during this meeting. We will also discuss details regarding the upcoming fundraising opportunities, including the Braves CHOP TEAM and the March Mattress Madness Sale.
As an extra perk, SBBA will be awarded a $5 bonus donation for every parent in attendance! So, thank you in advance for contributing just by showing up!
8th grade parents are welcome!

During Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night, you MUST place your receipt in the Spirit Night Event Box at the restaurant! You can either go inside and place it in the box yourself, or you may hand it back to the cashier and ask that they use this to support the SHS Band. Don't forget!!! |

SPRING TRIP - UPDATE
The Fine Arts Spring Trip is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2 through Sunday, April 7. The itinerary is being finalized and will be distributed very soon.
ALL TRIP PAYMENTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ALL PAYMENTS, THESE ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY.
All Band Accounts must also be current prior to the date of Spring Trip.

 CHOP TEAM TRAINING
The new season is approaching really fast, so if you plan to supplement your band account fund by volunteering with the Braves CHOP TEAM, you should obtain your 2020 beverage permit as soon as possible and sign up for a training class.
Rapid Retrain classes for returning volunteers and regular training classes for new volunteers are offered the remainder of February and the month of March. You MUST email Murlene to RSVP at least 24 hours in advance and have your 2020 beverage permit prior to attending a training session.

WINTER GUARD & BAND REGISTRATIONS
Membership has contacted families who have not completed registration by email (with registration materials). Please fill the registration forms out ASAP and get them back to the Membership Committee either by sending the forms with your student to class or scanning the completed forms and emailing them to membershipadmin@sprayberryband.com. These forms are required for every band student and are required for students that attend and are transported to and from band-related events, including LGPE and the fine arts trip. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
