2019 to deliver 8th report card on river health

Data processing, collation and scientific assessment is underway to deliver a trusted report card on the health of our region's waterways.

Our team is working to combine over half a million sample results from close to 300 water monitoring sites across the Basin. The 2017-18 report card will be launched on Monday 27 May 2018 in Rockhampton. Mark your diary to check out our website www.riverhealth.org.au for the full report.

12 days of Christmas river health messages

We did something a little different on our Facebook page in the lead up to Christmas. Cleverly worded posts followed the classic '12 days of Christmas', with a twist. Each day presented a new fact from 1-12 on the work of our Partnership. It was a great way to engage our community.

Nogoa's waterbugs under the microscope

Over 100 curious kids and adults helped us identify the Nogoa River's waterbugs and assess water quality at the Nogoa November family fun day organised by CHRRUP and Central Highlands Regional Council.
