Now accepting registrations for the 2019 CYMC Summer Camps!

The Festival Choir invites singers from all of the Valley’s many choirs. It is a non-auditioned group and places in it fill up quickly. You can register as a quartet of all four voices and save on registration fees. This year the choir will be led by the wonderful Paul Colthorpe, known for his work with the North Island Choral Society.

Registration for this year's Musical Theatre program is already full. Watch the CYMC website and Facebook page for announcement on what the production will be. You'll love it!

Violin, viola, cello and piano musicians from RCM levels 6 through ARCT will be challenged to grow playing side by side with down-to-earth, approachable faculty. Because there is a a conductor-less orchestra, you will gain a whole new dimension of listening skills and collaboration in this classical program.

The first few years of a young musician’s instruction can be lonely ones as they acquire the skills to join an ensemble. Register soon to experience the joy of playing with your friends and gain the confidence to continue when fall rolls around. For ages 8 to 12, with a basic level of music reading and a minimum 2 years of study.

All instruments and all ages! With a minimum of 2 years experience on your instrument you'll have the experience of a lifetime focusing on jazz improvisation and performance with BC's leading educators and performers. Find out more here.

Every year during the month of July we provide housing for our out-of-town faculty. Comox Valley homeowners who have chosen to be out of town then have graciously offered their homes to CYMC for 1 to 3 weeks.

You get someone to water the plants and watch your house, in some cases a small rental fee or a tax receipt. And the good feeling of supporting a worthwhile organization.
