February 26 - Boundary Review Open House #2 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the large gymnasium at Oak Bay High School.  This Open House will include a ‘Q & A’ component from 7:30-8:30 p.m. in the theatre.

VCPAC Call For Nominations

Nominations are now being accepted for VCPAC Executive positions. Information can be found here. Please have a sponsoring PAC send in your nomination to nominations@vcpac.ca  by April 19th. Nominations may also be made from the floor.

VCPAC Award Nominations

Nominations are being accepted until May 3rd for the 2019 VCPAC Awards. We have many amazing people in our district and this is our chance to show our appreciation of their contributions to our students. Our awards ceremony will take place during our May meeting.  Send nominations to awards@vcpac.ca

SD61 Boundary Review

The deadline to submit feedback to the Board of Education has also been extended to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019.

NEWS FLASH:  Parking could be an issue at Belmont. So we are offering the swag bags to the first 10 sponsored attendees to arrive!

PAC EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Every PAC has an email account to use. Please contact info@vcpac.ca if you would like to activate the PAC email account for your school or change your password.

PAC EMAIL MAILING LISTS

VCPAC has a mailing list service, free of charge, available to all PACs. If your PAC would like to have a subscription-based email list, which parents can automatically opt in and out of, contact info@vcpac.ca

CONTACT AND SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Article ideas and submissions can be sent via e-mail to info@vcpac.ca . Submissions should be sent to us no later than Friday, 9 PM prior to the day of distribution. Communications retains the right to edit all submissions for clarity.
