Free Relaxation Class
When: Wednesday, 7 – 8:15 pm, Feb. 27
Where: North Glenora Hall (13535 109 A Ave)
Who: Ages 14 +
What to bring:
- Something to lie on (such as yoga mat, blanket)
- A blanket to keep you warm
- Cushioning for you head
- Any support you need to be comfortable lying on your back or sitting against the wall. Alternatively, bring a comfy lawn chair.
