Dear <<First Name>>,

On behalf of the Summit Program Committee, we invite you to respond to the official 2019 Call for Proposals!

Submission Instructions:  2019 NSF ITEST Summit Proposal Submission Guide

Submit a Proposal: 2019 NSF ITEST Summit Call for Proposals

The success of our annual summit would not be possible without attendees both participating in and presenting at the sessions. This call is your chance to showcase innovations, share lessons learned, and provide expertise. We ask that each project contributes to at least one presentation.

Your contribution as a presenter can range from sitting on a discussion panel to doing a technology demonstration. There several different ways to present at the Summit:

Plenary Flash Talk: for the fourth straight year, STELAR is offering the opportunity for participants to prepare a five-minute flash talk on a topic of your choice to present at a plenary session. These talks are some of the most engaging of the Summit.

Breakout Sessions: 60-90 minute sessions where you will plan in advance with a small group of 2-4 other PIs or evaluators a panel, workshop or working group around an idea or theme.

Presenting a Poster at the Project Expo: The poster session will be held at the Project Expo during the Thursday evening reception.

Presenting a Technology Demonstration at the Project Expo: Technology demonstrations will be presented at the Project Expo during the Thursday evening reception.

Expo Exchange Roundtables: Project Expo presenters are invited to present at moderated roundtable discussions on Friday.  The Expo Exchanges are hour-long concurrent sessions where attendees will participate in thematic roundtable discussions.

Session Availability and Deadline: Applications will be accepted through midnight EDT on March 31, 2019.  Applicants will receive presenter notifications by April 26, 2019.

Summit Registration: Registration for the Summit will open in early April, stay tuned for more details!
