Buckhead Rotary Seeking Host Families for 2019-2020 School Year
North Atlanta High School, through its partnership with the Rotary Club of Buckhead, is again sponsoring an international exchange student. This will be the third year for a student to be enrolled at NAHS. Our first exchange student was from Japan; our second student, Laura, is from Czech Republic and is currently enrolled this school year.
The program is structured to have the student live with three different host families for approximately 90-100 days each. The student is expecting to be a "part of your family" during his/her time in your home--not a guest, just another member of the household--soaking up American culture while being a high school teenager.
Please contact Kari Kirkley, the Buckhead Rotary volunteer coordinator for this program, at 770-639-6633 or karijkirkley@yahoo.com if you are interested have more questions.
