Below: These are Predator belts made by Gates USA. They are Kevlar corded and are super heavy duty. They're a favourite with mining, quarrying and heavy industrial customers but I'm now being asked to supply these for many different applications like tractors and headers to provide the farmer with peace of mind during crucial times. They're recognisable due to their dark brown colour.

Below: These superb quality double-row spherical roller bearings from NSK Japan take a huge amount of downward "load" weight while allowing the shaft to correct itself as the whole inner ring and rollers can tilt inward or outward.

This customer has also opted for Gates Predator belts because these belts will be running on their front as well as their backs and the strong Kevlar cording will protect the belts from "flex fatigue" resulting in cracks or a broken belt. Pictured is a taperlock pulley, HRC coupling, "saw bench" housings, UK bearings (the K stands for tapered bore), adapter sleeves, bushes, belts and coupling elements.

Below: This customer needed a specific profile of door trim (also known as pinchweld) for a large roller door. The part with teeth will bite onto the bottom lip of the roller door while the semi-circular piece on the bottom will seal out wind and debris when the door is down.
