Adelaide is now in the midst of Festival Season. Hooray!
There is so much to see and do. In this Artorial, we have included some awesome accessible events to get involved in. The Adelaide Fringe and Adelaide Festival have lots on offer for disabled arts audiences.
In our Artist Profile this month, we will be be celebrating the achievements of Poet and friend of Access2Arts, Alison Bennet. Alison has made her Adelaide Fringe debut this year with 'Alison Paradoxx presents Floral Peroxide'.
There is also an opportunity to meet Irish playwright and activist Rosaleen McDonagh attend an information session run by Access2Arts and Arts Access Victoria to assist Arts Organisations navigate the NDIS.

This month, A2A is taking the opportunity to celebrate the Achievements of Alison Bennet, who performs under the stage name Alison Paradoxx.
Alison has made her Adelaide Fringe debut at this year's festival, where she performed the world premiere of her show 'Alison Paradoxx presents Floral Peroxide'. Additionally, Alison has worked hard to ensure all had the opportunity to experience her performance. Open captions and free visual exhibition for those who may not be able to tolerate flashing lights/smoke machine effects have been included

Tutti Arts presents an exciting opportunity to meet celebrated Irish playwright and activist Rosaleen McDonagh.
Come and meet the playwright and enjoy a provocative artist talk with Rosaleen speaking about her collaboration with Fishamble Theatre to develop her controversial play 'Mainstream', and the politics of diversity, feminism, equality, and disability in theatre.

Access2Arts and Arts Access Victoria invite you to attend an information session for organisations.
We will cover
- What the NDIS is and how it relates to the arts;
- What arts organisations need to know about the NDIS;
- What it means to register, or not, as an NDIS provider;
- NDIS goals and the planning process; and
- How to support self-advocacy in your participants.
