fieldwork: antonio machado-allison
Menakka and Essel Bailey '66 Distinguished Visiting Scholar in the College of the Environment Antonio Machado-Allison has published an article about Los Llanos (the Venezuela Plains) in the newest issue of Explora, a journal dedicated to nature and conservation in Venezeula. Antonio also recently authored the Catálogo Ilustrado de los peces del Parque Nacional Aguaro-Guariquito, a full-color catalog of the fish found in Venezuela's Aguaro-Guariquito National Park. Antonio's research focuses on freshwater neotropical fishes: systematics, evolution, ecology and conservation.
