Vermont Bicycle Shop is moving and expanding!

New Space, Same Great Taste!

Some of of you have already heard the rumors and they're true! Vermont Bicycle Shop will be moving. We've already started work on our new space, which is in the same building at 105 North Main St. We'll be moving exactly 2 doors north from our current location! We'll be celebrating our 4th year of service to Central Vermont in our new space at 105 N. Main St. Suite 102 starting April 1.
Come see us! April 1 through 7 we'll have closeout prices on bicycles and accessories as well as some exciting new exclusive 2019 bikes to check out.

Our community has shown us great support, Ginger and I are true believers in investing in our community. We intend to maintain that focus with the success of our business. As our business grows, so will our investment in our community. Expanding the shop to a bigger space is our way of ensuring that those two goals continue in tandem. The people who choose to shop at Vermont Bicycle Shop know that their money stays in Barre. From the contractors we've hired, to where we've sourced the supplies to build out new space our money is spent in Barre. When you make the decision to make purchases at Vermont Bicycle Shop, we use those profits to contribute to our local economy.

Why the move? What's going on in the new space?

Our new space is going to more than double the size of our shop. With that will come some amazing new services:

Our service department will double in size, we'll be able to streamline our already famously fast and thorough bicycle repairs with a new larger service bay and service storage system.
We'll be expanding our in house clothing line as well as other bike wear accessories. We'll also have a lot more floor space to display new bikes. We'll also have room to streamline our bicycle storage so that more bicycles are built and ready to ride out the door.
We'll be expanding on our efforts to maintain one of the most technologically advanced bicycles shops in the country with a built from scratch 3d motion capture fit studio. We'll pair that with our Quarq ShockWiz and TireWiz systems to create one of the most complete bicycle fitting and adjustment systems in the country. We're calling it the Vermont Bicycle Shop Bicycle Tailor Studio, the basics of our system will focus on comfort and endurance. Our goal is to help cyclists stay comfortable for those all day, all week, and all month adventures.
