As we said in our last "Update" we have commenced the Gain and Retain program with Hancock Creative. Josie and I attended our first full day training event last Wednesday - Storytelling and Social Media with Anna Hill and Nick Bowditch. It was a great day with lots of things to absorb and we even produced our first video! I also undertook our first Mentor Session with Lisa last week, where we planned out what we are going to do.
So if you are on Social Media - look us up (the links are below) and follow what is happening, join in the conversation and help us get GFS growing again.

Membership for GFS is now due. ALL members are to complete a renewal of membership form this year as they have changed. All forms for New and Renewal are available on our website via the link below.
It is never too late to be a member, leader or volunteer with GFS. All you have to want, is to make a difference in the lives of children, youth or adults in our communities. Adults, 18 years and over, can join by either taking on a leadership role, volunteer in a group, offer services to one of our committees, volunteer at holiday clubs or just simply become a member and offer prayerful support.
Being a member will be what you make it! Can you offer an hour or two, a day or maybe more depending on your schedule. We are looking for members who want to make a difference in the lives of children, youth and adults in our communities.
