Dear Merchant,
A temporary fix has been implemented by Vodacom, to resolve the issue resulting in some Vodacom customers not being able to make payments. All transactions should be processing normally.
Vodacom had earlier confirmed that the issue was with an upstream ISP that they used. The ISP worked with Global Crossing (their supplier) to resolve the issue. A permanent fix will be implemented by Vodacom, and should not change the status on processing.
We will continue to monitor transactions for the next few days and also once a permanent fix is implemented by Vodacom, to ensure there are no further issues.
