Top O' the March to Ya!

The Kingstowne Striders and Ragnar Warriors are joining forces to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with our favorite things: beer, running, and good friends! This will be a FREE group run from Fair Winds Brewing Company and the first "Strides & Hops" run of 2019 - 1,3, and 5 mile route options.

Pre-run brief about the Kingstowne Striders and Ragnar races. Afterwards, join us inside Fair Winds for $2 off post-run beers and a raffle for Ragnar swag! Show your spirit and wear your green.

More Daylight, More Runtime.

It's that time of year again - daylight savings. Sunday, March 10th we spring forward. This wonderful turn of events will give us daylight until 7:30pm! Come on out Tuesday or Thursday night and celebrate with a run. :)

*New* Ragnar event similar to the trail races in that everyone stays at a home “base”. A team of 4 runners and will run a 4.7 mile loop x 2 (so 9.4 miles per person). It's completed in one Saturday afternoon.Two teams have already formed, and a third team is in the works. Maybe a fourth? If interested post on our Facebook page.
