Course Registration for Fall 2019 and Academic Advising

Enrollment in courses for Fall 2019 begins April 1, 2019. To start your enrollment, follow the steps below. NOTE that registration PINS are obtained through your academic advisor and NOT CMA office staff. 
  1. Academic advising for Fall 2019 begins March 11, 2019 and goes until March 29, 2019. Please review Biola's registration review. 
  2. Make an appointment with your faculty academic advisor before March 29 to select courses for Fall. Your advisor is listed in your Degree Audit found in MyAccount. If a CMA faculty member is not listed, email Sena Shin.
  3. OR make an appointment with the CMA Peer Academic Advisor Sierra Stoltzfus.
  4. Review your Degree Audit with your advisor and select courses.
  5. Obtain your registration PIN from your advisor. PINs will NOT be available from staff at the CMA Office. 
  6. Note your course registration time window in MyAccount.
  7. Locate sections of the courses in the Class Schedule. Note options in case your first choice is full. 

CMA Sundance Chapel Thursday, March 14, 2019 9:30 AM

Join us on Thursday, March 14, at 9:30 AM in Studio A and hear from some Biola film students about their experiences at this years past Sundance Film Festival.

*Chapel Credit will be issued
 

Writing Competency Exam Sign-ups!

Attention Juniors and Seniors, before graduating from Biola, all students are required to pass the Writing Competency Exam.  Students are strongly encouraged to complete the in-class paper and submit the out-of-class paper the first semester of your junior year, to prevent possible unpleasant surprises later.  If you are currently a junior or a senior and you still need to fulfill the requirement,  please register online at: https://biola.formstack.com/forms/cma_writing_competency_exam_signups

Production Center Update

The Equipment will be closing on May 8, 2019 for an undetermined amount of time for the Equipment Room move. Announcement for the grand re-opening will be sent out as soon as the new Equipment Room is ready for checkouts.
