Annual Spring Kick-Off Registration Open!

Occasionally, there are events where accurate participation numbers are required. For example, at our Spring Kick-Off, a head count is necessary for food preparation. We realize there are times when life happens, and the best laid plans go by the wayside, resulting in a no-show. Our chapter is now held accountable for the cost of your meal due to your no-show. Our chapter now has the capability for members to prepay for this year’s Kick-Off. We want to make sure the process is easy for you. The steps for registering and prepaying are outlined below.
- Click on registration link to SignUp Genius
- Scroll down to 4/6 Juniper Spring Kick-Off
- There are 3 choices to sign up for: Brunch, Clinic, Golf
- Click on the “Sign-Up” for the choices you want
- At the very bottom of the screen is a button “Submit and Sign-Up”
- You will now see what you signed up for
- If you are bringing a guest and you want to pay for their meal, change the quantity and the cost automatically calculates
- In the comment box, add “My guest’s name is Jane Doe”
- If you are bringing a guest, but you don’t want to pay for their meal, give your guest the registration link and they can register and pay on their own
- The clinic and golf do not have a cost listed because you will pay Juniper directly for the tee time you registered for
- At the very bottom of the page you need to enter your name and email address
- You DON’T need to create a SignUp Genius account
- Click sign-up and pay now
- You are now prompted to pay with your credit card
- Once your transaction is complete, there is a choice to add what you signed up for to your calendar
- You will receive a confirmation email from SignUp Genius and a payment confirmation
LPGA Amateurs Central Oregon Refund Policy:
- Registrants may cancel before the registration deadline to receive full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations will be given after the registration deadline.
- If the registrant is unable to attend, the registrant is responsible for finding a sub and collecting payment directly from their substitute.
- No refunds are available for absences.
