Attend Lavender Graduation!

Lavender Graduation is a celebration of LGBTQ graduates of the University of Michigan. Graduates from any school/college in the University from any academic level are welcome to participate. All participants will receive a FREE rainbow 2019 tassel, lavender cords, and a Lavender Degree!

Families, students, faculty, and staff are all welcome to join the celebration.  Light appetizers will be served after the ceremony.

Considering the great work you do with and alongside LGBTQ students, nominate and/or self-nominate graduating students or student organizations who have done advocacy work and/or impacted the LGBTQ community.

What is Happening at Michigan?
Jewish Feminisms/American Visions: Perspectives from Fifty Years of Activism

The Jewish Communal Leadership Program and the Jean and Samuel Frankel Center for Judaic Studies, working in partnership with the Jewish Women's Archive, present Jewish Feminisms/American Visions: Perspectives from Fifty Years of Activism.

This historic event brings together 36 pioneering and contemporary feminist activists, leaders, and thinkers to consider the role of Jewish identity in the framing and development of second wave American feminism.

SafeHouse Center welcomes members of the LGBTQIA+ family who are survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence who are seeking a safe and supportive environment to share their experiences and to find hope.

During this 10-week internship, you will gain new knowledge, develop skills, and deepen your understanding of individual differences by working on DEI initiatives across Student Life.
