Sad Loss

Regular TLAS Academy member, John Campbell passed away on the evening 5th March.
Pat Edwards has written this tribute to remember John and show how much he will be sadly missed by us all.

When I first joined TLAS academy at Diggers I soon realised we had a cheeky chappie amongst us, who, with all his problems, never complained and was always quick-witted.
He never lost his sense of humour and would rarely ask for help with bottle-tops or unscrewing tubes and jars! We admired him for his courage and cheerful attitude coping with everything that came his way.
We will remember him for his tireless projects of well-endowed ladies and Ned Kelly in all his guises.
Last but not least, we thank Shirley his Mum, who so cheerfully brought him to Academy every week, even when she herself was ill.
May he rest in peace and know we all loved him dearly in our own way.
Such is life John!

The funeral will be held at Palmdale on Wednesday 13th March at 10am.
