This year’s theme is: « Leaving no one behind ».

To help you organize actions for World Water Day, the United Nations is providing a communication pack and resources related to the theme "Leaving No One Behind".

Water Action Month
"Water Action Month" began March 1, 2019 and it is coordinated by End Water Poverty like it has been since 2016.
End Water Poverty provides many mobilization resources for this Water Action Month: infographics, messages, posters, e-cards, petitions, etc. The campaign will be divided into four main themes, with a different focus each week:
- Reduction of inequalities in the Water and Sanitation sector (March 1 to 10)
- Water/Sanitation and Education (March 11 to 17)
- Youth Participation in the Water and Sanitation Sector (March 18-24)
- Climate Change and Water (March 25-31)
