Dear <<First Name>>,
Welcome to this International Women's Day special! Guys, I know you're curious so keep reading too :).
New ladies
I've illustrated several women over the years, for clients like AWID, Femnet and the Southbank Centre, as well as for my own line of products which, has featured famous ladies like Frida Kahlo and more mythical ones like my orishas.
To celebrate today, I’ve created a new series of illustrated portraits, inspired by vintage photographs of women around the world.
Six of the women are available as colouring sheets which, being a member of our email community, you can download here.
Four of these women are available as art prints to pre-order in our new Etsy shop.
Shop changes + a special 19% off
Unfortunately Etsy doesn't let you change the country of your shop and so, we've opened a new Kenyan shop to reflect our new home base. We've also spent a big part of this year reviewing our systems and processes and pricing has been one of them. We realised that some of our numbers haven't been making sense and so, in the interests of building a sustaibable business, we've had to raise some of our prices.
Because we really appreciate your support, we'd like to extend a special discount of 19% off everything in our shop, valid until the end of this month. Use this coupon code to redeem your discount: ALLMYLADIES
Find out more about our series of new ladies here.

AFRI-LOVE WOMEN
Some of you are already members of the Afri-love Women online community. For those who aren't, it's a space for real talk, for creative African women who are balancing self-care and professional excellence.
We support and inspire each other on the private Facebook group. In fact, the 3 items above were all shared in the group!
Below are some of the most popular discussions we've had, since the group opened in April 2017…

HI: I'm Lulu!
Creativity is powerful! I'm all about embracing, celebrating and leveraging it – to bring people together, and to inspire more mindful and joyful life and business.
The other things that make my world go round: my personal sunshine – my son, Laoleko; plants and the ocean; words and music; sisterhood; and the rich continent I call home.
