Should we have billionaires at all? Bill Gates discussed that topic with us ahead of this week’s release of Forbes’ ever-richer ranking of the three comma club. Although entrepreneurial capitalism has taken billions out of poverty and created incredible prosperity, today 42% of Americans don’t think the economic machine gives them a fair shot.
