Hello and happy Friday,

I’m coming to your inbox today live from the Wisconsin Newspaper Association’s annual convention, where I’ve had the chance to meet and chat with many stellar Wisconsin journalists. It’s been great to hear their feedback about what we’re doing at WisContext, and now I’m hoping to hear more from you.

Will Cushman and I held down the WisContext table at the Wisconsin Newspaper Association convention on Thursday.

We launched this newsletter a little over a year ago. It was a project that I pitched on a whim, and my editor (somehow) let me run with it. We’ve covered a lot over the past 12 or so months in this newsletter — from Foxconn and water consumption to electoral demography to how our reporting process works — but now I’d like to put the spotlight on you for a moment.

Put simply: What do you think of this newsletter?

What do you think we should do more — or less — of?

What’s working? What isn’t?

What other newsletters do you regularly read, and what can we can learn from them?

What, if anything, has stood out to you about this newsletter?

I’m eager to read your responses. Please submit your answers here. If you’d prefer to send me an email directly, you know my inbox is always open.

Thanks in advance for your feedback, I really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Hayley Sperling
Engagement editor, WisContext
