Thank you for being a part of the Pulse Community in 2019. It has already been a busy and  exciting year for our team!

It was great to see many of you at IMSH 2019 where we showcased the newly released Pulse version 2.0.

We also recently released the Pulse Physiology Engine Unity Asset, making it even easier to get started with Pulse for your serious games. More information is available here.

Keep your eyes out for our journal paper titled Pulse Physiology Engine: An Open Source Software Platform for Computational Modeling of Human Medical Simulation available soon.

We would love to meet up at some upcoming events. We are presenting our poster Simulation of Asthma Attack and Inhaler Actuation using the Pulse Physiology Engine at BMES Frontiers in Medical Devices, March 19-21. We will also be at the MTEC annual meeting, March 20-21.

The Pulse community continues to grow with more companies and groups integrating the Pulse Physiology Engine into their applications. We are working with Exonicus, Inc. on their Trauma Simulator.

We are part of the team led by BioMojo, LLC to receive a Trauma Resiliency Immersive Adaptive Gaming Environment award.  We are also collaborating with SimQuest and BioMojo on the Medical Simulation and Training Architecture (MSTA) project. The Center for Innovation in Pharmacy Simulation at the University of North Carolina is also working with us to integrate Pulse into their Virtual Patent project.

Please let us know about your other success stories to share with the community.  You can contact us with any questions or if you are interested in collaborating with us at kitware@kitware.com.
