Happy Sunday <<First Name>>,

I usually send emails out on Thursdays. Over the last few days, I had trouble finishing this letter due to some challenging emotions I’ve been processing. I've felt stagnant and low energy. I’ll share the details in an upcoming blog post. In the meantime, you can get a glimpse at what I’ve been feeling in one of my recent Instagram posts.

This was a challenging post to share. I feel it’s important for us to be transparent with our struggles and let others know they’re not alone if they feel similarly. I want to share more than the highlights of my life because I believe being vulnerable helps supportive communities form.

I know you struggle too with things like feeling enough, finding joy, tapping into confidence and loving your body. You're not alone and that's what this email is all about.
1. Feel Enough

Do you struggle with feelings of not-enoughness? I do. A lot of people feel like they're not good enough in their health, physical appearance, work, relationships and beyond. Because this feeling is so close to my heart, I wanted to do something about it. And so did my best friend and business partner Jason Wrobel. We recently released a brand new workbook called "you are Enough" and you can download it for free today.

Inside the PDF you'll learn more about our journey towards feeling enough, prompts to help you process and heal your emotions, and powerful affirmations. Release not-enoughness here.

3. Improve Your Travels

I have a major travel bug right now, especially since I've spent the last few days at home working through some tough emotions. There's something so healing about travel and that's why I'm planning a road trip for my birthday this week.

Looking for eco-friendly travel tips? The Travel Ninjas have you covered! Watch their short video on ways you can help the planet while traveling - concepts that can be applied to daily life as well! #2 and #4 are always part of my travels.
4. Find Inner and Outer Harmony

I've been working on my new project about how to find harmony with ourselves inside and out. This originally started out as tips on healthy weight loss and maintenance, and I realized it was about so much more than that. I think that's why I've been processing so much this week; thinking about everything I've been through with my body has brought up a lot of raw emotions. Despite being pretty uncomfortable, it feels really good to work through this and share my story in my new book and Collective.

I'd love to have you part of this journey to deeper self-love, body acceptance and exploration of what health means for each of us. When you preorder the book or join the Collective you'll join me on the path to healing and self-discovery. I'll share how I overcame the grips of an eating disorder, how I've worked through the ups and downs of my weight, what recent food choices have positively impacted me and what movement is working best for me right now.

The book and Collective are still in the development stage (as is the website page about them). Over the weekend I came up with a new title that I've yet to share publically and I started using the word Collective instead of "online program" because that describes it so much better. When you sign up for either you become part of my inner circle who receives weekly drafts of the book, shares input on the content and gets support on working through the physical and mental challenges we face with our bodies.

This is the biggest passion project I've worked on in a while and I'd love to have you part of it.
I'm Here For You

My aim with every email is to connect with and support you. If anything ever resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you. Send me a reply, ask me a question, share what you're going through. I'm here for you.

And remember: you are enough and you matter.

Love,
Whitney
