It's not too late to sign up for Ceta Canyon......come join us for lots of fun, experimenting with new ideas, serious painting, learning from each other——- lots bring everything but the kitchen sink—just plain awesomeness.....we even have a good friends coming from Liberal Kansas and Arizona!!! This year our Ceta Canyon Retreat is March 17-22. It is a time to get away without the interruption of phones, family duties, etc. You can paint daylight to dark - or sleep until noon. It has trails to take daily hikes or plein air paint. It is very common to see deer wonder through the Canyon. Ceta Canyon is a large facility for painting and an updated lodge for sleeping, nothing fancy, but you don't go for luxury, just plenty of painting. Everyone has their own room with bathroom and shower - a list of suggested supplies needed, emergency numbers, etc. will be sent to everyone after they have signed up.
Everyone works on their own - - at their own pace (water media only please). There are no instructors, but we all learn so much from each other. At the end of each day, we have critique time - you can participate or not - but it is a great opportunity to have other artists share their expertise with each other.
There is a four (4) day minimum required- this year it is $272 and for five (5) nights it is $340. If you want to just pay for the four night but then decide to stay longer I can collect the rest at Ceta.
