Dear <<First Name>>,
Speaking at an international ‘Rewilding symposium’ in Cambridge on ‘how to have better conversations’ and chairing a panel of farmers was fun – read what I said in a blog – incl the soft launch of ‘Rob Yorke ‘Countryside Reconciliation’

That was after 3 exhausting days at both the Oxford Farming Conferences  - here’s a 50sec vlog on both Oxf and Cambs.
My exclusive wide-ranging interview with Ben Goldsmith (non-exec DEFRA director and special adviser to Michael Gove) on forest, farm, beaver and much more for the RICS is now live….
I managed, via a neighbouring woodland owner, to secure, skin and cook grey squirrel for ‘Jeremy Vine on 5’ live TV, and squeeze in my pitch below to 500k mainly uninterested viewers. Have a laugh here, the co-host in green wanted to take calls (not listen to my chat 4.20min) and the ‘where’s your restaurant?’ from Vine is here

"Forget about squirrel, it's more about where our #meat comes from - less but higher quality - maybe from British #farmers. We want #trees, but greys kill them at 15yrs old. It's about #conservation being braver and us being aware of what we #eat"  #JeremyVine
I’m leading two walks for the Crickhowell Walking Festival  - one on forestry in all its guises and another on grouse shooting – warts and all! Looks like both are nearly booked up but worth asking near the day if you want to join me!

Finally a letter in Farmers Weekly on a subject we started with (‘rewilding is not a cartel’) and an unpublished letter to The Times responding to National Trust’s Matthew Oates fear of aliens (non-native conifers).
Best
