NAR: Pending home sales jump 4.6% in January Pending home sales rebounded strongly in January, according to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). All four major regions saw month-to-month growth last month, including the largest surge in the South, an area that includes Florida.
The Pending Home Sales Index, a forward-looking indicator based on contract signings, increased 4.6 percent to 103.2 in January, up from 98.7 in December. Year-over-year contract signings, however, declined 2.3 percent, making January the thirteenth straight month of annual decreases.

First Coast housing report projects slower market in 2019
"Looking strictly at market fundamentals, recent Fed and GDP changes will not cause a dramatic shift away from the current state of the housing market," the report read. "The booming sales at increased prices over the last several years may not be the same thrill ride to observe in 2019, but a long-awaited increase in inventory is something positive to consider, even if it arrives in the form of shrinking demand amidst rising mortgage rates."

St. Paul's Catholic Church/School Spring Carnival March 21, 2019 - 6:00pm to March 24, 2019 - 7:00pm
In its 36th year, St. Paul's will be providing rides, a raffle, food, game booths and a Rummage Sale in their Gym to raise funds to keep St. Paul's tuition affordable. Open to the public hours will be as follows:
- Thursday, March 21st: 6 PM - 10 PM;
- Friday, March 22nd: 6 PM - 11 PM;
- Saturday, March 23rd: Noon - 11 PM;
- Sunday, March 24th; 1 PM - 7 PM.
