LCCS Women's Prayer Group: Thursday, 3/7, 8am, Business Conf. Room
 Spirit Night at Sonic: Moved to Thursday, 3/7, 5-8pm, the Boat Club Rd. location. LCCS PTO will receive a percentage of all sales and will be there selling discount cards! Stop by for dinner and/or to purchase a discount card! Students who attend will receive a spirit gear/jeans day on Monday after spring break, 3/18.

FINE ARTS:
LCCS Art Festival: This week!
- Today-Friday, Byers Center Foyer. All art students K-12 will have artwork on display!
- Thursday, 3/7, immediately after school until 5:30 light refreshments will be served and ribbons will be placed on the 3rd-12th grade pieces moving on to the ACSI Competition in April.
Congratulations to the cast and crew of The Three Musketeers on the great performances!
ATHLETICS:
Basketball: Congratulations to our Lady Eagles on a great season and making it to the Final Four!
Congratulations to Varsity Baseball on winning the Nazarene Christian Tournament for the 4th year in a row! Eagles making the All-Tournament Team were Jonathan Nelson (2nd time MVP), Marcus Rodriguez, and Connor Donathan.
Baseball, Tennis, and Track are on the calendar this week. Spring sports have more schedule changes due to weather, and home field for middle school baseball and varsity softball are not on campus, so always check the schedule!

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Congratulations to our Eagles who represented LCCS in the ACSI District Speech Meet on Friday, and to those who placed at the event!
Kindergarten/1st grade musical: Tuesday, 3/5, students need to wear jeans and arrive at 6:30, the performance is at 7:00.
MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Enjoy the latest look at Life at LCCS from our 8th grade communications class!
HIGH SCHOOL:
Be in prayer for our mission team of 29 students and 5 sponsors heading to serve in the Dominican Republic 3/7-13.
High School Spring Formal Dinner & Dance: Saturday, 4/6, 7-10pm. Ticket purchase due by noon on Friday, 3/22. See email for purchase details and guest forms.
Heads up for grades 9 and 10: Freshmen and sophomores will be taking standardized tests on Monday, April 8, and Tuesday, April 9 (9th grade- TerraNova, 10th grade- ACT’s Aspire exam). These tests provide valuable insight into students’ academic progress and are difficult to make up when missed. Please avoid planned absences (appointments, etc.) on these days.
