Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre Opening 11 March
Whether you’re looking to get in shape, improve and maintain overall health or simply have fun working up a sweat, you can start and end your fitness journey at the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s (AFAC) Health Club.

The City is pleased to announce that the iconic Armadale District Hall will be re-opening in the coming weeks following a $4.9 million refurbishment and expansion.

Thank you to Firefighters
With the recent fires in Forrestdale, the City acknowledges and is thankful for the immense efforts of DFES personnel and emergency services volunteers to get the fire under control.

The fire is a reminder for all residents that it is important we understand the warnings and prepare an evacuation plan for emergencies.

Minnawarra Art Awards Entries are Now Open
The renowned Minnawarra Art Awards showcases talented exhibitors across Western Australia, resulting in a professionally curated exhibition featuring a variety of mediums including painting, textiles, sculpture and photography.

Entries are open for interested artists until Monday 18 March.

Wayfinding signage
Visitors to the City will be able to more easily navigate through the City Centre to the Perth Hills Armadale Visitor Centre with the help of 18 tourism wayfinding signs.

The signs have been installed in and around the Armadale City Centre to help people find their way from one place to another.

Did you know that there are 19 suburbs and 91,668 residents in the City of Armadale?
The City’s Community Development Team want to hear from residents in each suburb to find out what they think is unique and what they love about the place you live.
