| Yes, there are many SD events all around. But it's March! It's time for the next round of the Global Service Jam. To show our proud support of the global spirit of innovation this event slot only points to #GSJAM this time. Since we are sharing the strong base of volunteer enthusiasm, we're also hosting the jam as one of the over 100 cities worldwide. Find your city and join the movement.

It's time for another season of the Service Design Award. We're looking forward to celebrate excellence in Service Design from all over the world. This year we are celebrating our fifth anniversary and we are proud of our previous winners and finalists who helped us to stay true in our vision to make service design the new normal. Be part of that by submitting your case. Early Bird is open until April 8.

For our upcoming workshop Service Design Basics we have something intriguing lined up if you are interested in future mobility. We are happy that Lab 1886, the Daimler AG innovation incubator, is providing an external case on designing a micro-mobility service. You will not only learn about the principles of service design but will also apply the tools and methods first-hand in practice.

'Service Design for Innovation and Startups' is the feature theme of the upcoming issue of Touchpoint.
