Brigid Mae Power April 28th. Another craftily curated night of Folk-wonder by Cosmos. BRIGID MAE POWER is an Irish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who, like Judee Sill, Micky Newbury or Linda Perhacs before her, paints her songs in dreamily expansive strokes, transporting earthly compositions into universal and exultant realms.

James Yorkston. May 5th. In the small Scottish fishing village of Cellardyke, where he lives. Yorkston’s studio is a ramshackle old loft space, originally used to repair fisherman’s nets, and now stuffed full the antique instruments James has collected throughout his life as a musician. Having created hours of recordings, James called up his old collaborator David Wrench - the mixer and producer who has worked with the likes of Caribou, Four Tet, Frank Ocean, FKA Twigs and David Byrne - to help bring about this current album. Say Sue Me. May 12th. A W E S O M E ! here last time around (A big breakthrough act of 2018) Not K-Pop! Korea's biggest indie pop band. Say Sue Me are making waves with their infectious-surf-rock beach sound played at a great lick. Fantastic catchy jangly pop-a-billy riffs with cool happy vocals from Sumi Choi. Thomas Truax May 19th. You just have to see this guy, at least 10 times in your life. Inventive beyond compare - his life is a work of intricate assemblage and fantastical subjects in song.
