How have you been?
It has been a long time since I communicated with you through my seasonal e-Newsletter. I was travelling from East to West most of December 2018, January and February 2019. In fact, I have just returned from my second Visiting Healer's program in India. I stayed at Sitaram Beach Retreat for 2 weeks and I experienced an incredible healing process through the Ayurveda Medicine System. My physical & emotional pains were dramatically reduced (almost gone!) by receiving Ayurveda treatments. This visit was a LIFE SAVER to me... (when I look back, my conditions was so bad...)
Sitaram Beach Retreat is a unique place in many ways;
- it is an accredited hospital with beautiful nature and luxury guest accommodations.
- It is specialised in Panchakarma (internal cleansing)
- They focus on body-mind-soul healing through the authentic Ayurveda system.
- They are highly skilled to create customised programs for each guest.
My experiences at this place deeply inspired me to create more Well-Being Programs for you.
Having said that I am currently working on co-creating Keynote events, individual Dosha consultations and customised meditation sessions etc with Dr. Vignesh Devraj, who is the founder of Sitaram Beach Retreat. (He will be also giving talks in Germany, Zurich, Switzerland, US and Australia during 2019.)

I will be also visiting Kamalaya Koh Samui 01 July - 14 July 2019 and I am very much looking forward to collaborating again with the team, who runs the fantastic healing resort in Thailand!
