Guided Programs at the Garden

Spring break means summer is just around the corner! Take a field trip to VanDusen to get your day camp or community group outdoors and connected to nature. Our 45 minute guided programs - Glimpse of the Garden & Natural Heritage Walk - engage students of all ages through observation, storytelling and collaborative learning. These interactive programs stimulate young minds while allowing for plenty of self-guided exploration in the Garden - including a trip to the popular Elizabethan Maze.

Pollinator Days

June 12-14, 2019

Bee on the lookout for Pollinator Days - our most buzz-worthy field trip event of the year! Each day, students will explore the special relationships between plants, pollinators, and people. Groups receive a map outlining activity stations and may explore at their own pace during the day. Join us alongside Fresh Roots, UBC, and other community partners for this special event. This year, we're promoting sustainable transit by offering discounted rates.
