Advanced Festival

Advanced Festival for CT at Sprague Gym on Tuesday 7-9:30 pm. Allow time for parking. $5 per person or $15 for a Family pass.  This is one of the BEST KEPT Secrets in Salem-You are highly encouraged to attend!

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped the last 3 weeks! You were amazing! There were lots of needs...thanks to the many of you who offered your time and service!  We couldn't do it without you!

Winter at West Position Needed:
Fundraising: The money raised helps to cover the overhead for Winter at West. This volunteer position can be done from home. It involves reaching out to local businesses to request donations, coordinating their donations and including their information in the program. It would be helpful if you could commit to do this position for 3 years but is not a requirement.
Volunteer Opportunities!!  We NEED you!!

Please take a look at the volunteer needs for the next few months at the choir signup link http://signup.com/go/VBWvzSE . The actual time required for most of these events is so small, and it's true that "many hands make light work." Volunteering at the concerts is especially easy. If you are attending anyway, please consider coming a little early to feed the kids, hand out programs or sell concessions. You are still able to fully enjoy the concerts.

Canada Trip News



May 23-27,2019
CT and Asteria will be attending a festival over Memorial Day Weekend 2019.  Information was emailed.  Monthly payments due on the first Monday of each month through May thereafter. 
Next Payment is due April 1st.

Students who are going to Canada... please make sure you have a passport by April 1.

Choir Clothing Closet

Please consider donating outgrown clothing to our Choir Clothing Closet.  We welcome black dress pants and both men's and women's black shoes.  Donated items will be made available to students in need of them.
