Ben and I are back from our cruise with "Unity at Sea." For those who may not know, I have been planning this cruise retreat for my work at Unity for the past 1.5 years. We had 180 Unity participants join us, including 4 inspirational presenters and the music duo, StoweGood.



Unfortunately, I was pretty sick the whole time with a cold, but made the most of it with the help of DayQuil, then I got sea sick the last couple days due to rough ocean waters. Even still, I would try going on a cruise again, but maybe someplace there's less chance of crazy seas. 

My podcast and my online class, "Make Peace with Your Religious Past" are going well! Just today, I interviewed an expert on healing from spiritual abuse and trauma. That episode should be up by next Friday. Check it out and share if you know someone who might find it interesting....

Finally, I'm happy to announce two exciting upcoming events:

• March 29th, I will be speaking at Posi Music Festival in Tampa, FL. I'll be giving a workshop about the ins and outs of the music industry, "Booking 101."

• April 14, I will be singing a solo opera recital at Arts464 in St. Petersburg, FL. Excited to the featured artist for this "Night at the Opera!" More info here.
