Caring for your estate
We’re trialling a new approach to tackling issues and making improvements in some of our larger estates. We'll be listening more carefully to local residents' concerns and ideas around communal cleaning, fly-tipping clearance and repairs. We’ll have a much stronger presence in these estates, with a dedicated team on-hand to tackle maintenance and cleaning quickly and efficiently. We’re hoping this more efficient approach will benefit all customers by freeing up time we can devote to residents living in other areas.

You can now get in touch with us by text on 0744 799 03 13. We've brought this in following feedback from deaf customers who told us they'd find it helpful to get in touch by SMS. Please put as much information as you can in your message, including your name, address and date of birth so we can look up your details on our system. Texts are charged at your standard messaging rate.

Pension Credit changes
In May the way couples can claim Pension Credit changes. Until 14 May 2019, Pension Credit can be claimed as long as ONE of the couple is of Pension Credit age.
