"Biological components of the city do not act independently from social components, nor do they act in a clear, stepwise fashion in which a change in biology begets a clear change in a social factor which in turn changes biology. Biological status, human perception, and agency join together at each step, and heterogeneity is changed by both. This is the mutual production of social-ecological change: coproduction.”

LTER Network Calendar
Did you know we have an event calendar on the LTER network website where you can find the dates of all upcoming network-wide committee and working group meetings? Never miss another meeting again (unless you want to).

You can find upcoming events and a link to our full calendar at the bottom of the LTER website homepage (scroll to bottom). In the calendar, click on "save details" to open and save an individual item or "Visit and add Google Calendar," just under the "Events" heading to add the whole calendar. If your committee isn't making it onto the calendar, connect with Marty Downs (downs@nceas.ucsb.edu) or Kristen Weiss (weiss@nceas.ucsb.edu) to be sure it does.
