What a wonderful couple of days of sunshine we've had, so Mitch is feeling the spring and changed up our Farmer's Market Flatbread. It's got roasted Asparagus and Broccoli di Ciccio sitting on a garlicky, Sweet Potato purée, finished with some Feta. A very green dish just in time for St Patrick's Day.
We are also offering an Abruzzo Flight featuring winemaker Francesco Cirelli, who specializes in making organically grown Trebbiano and Montepulciano, the regions main white and red varietals. His hilltop property incorporates fruit trees, barley and wheat among the vines and he mostly ferments in traditional terra-cotta Amphorae.
