Dear GOPAC Members,
Please be advised that the start of voting for the electronic Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GOPAC for 2018-19 has been postponed from March 15 to March 25, to allow for the complete uploading of all documents.
The agenda for the AGM can be accessed through this link. You can participate in the AGM on March 25 by voting to accept/reject agenda items by: i) Electronic voting (email); or ii) If you are unable to vote electronically for items, you can have another GOPAC member vote on your behalf through a Proxy Vote.
Please note that as GOPAC elections are held every two years, this “2018 AGM” contains no elections for board positions. (A biennial election AGM will be scheduled from October 2019 to March 2020). Members who wish to obtain a proxy vote form or advise of any email address change should contact the Secretariat.
