I take many calls from dealers asking me if the Omni is dead. My answer is "No, not until we are good and ready" Sure, we expect Leviton to stop producing the current controllers at some point. But that doesn't mean the end of the Omni. Think of the Omni like a classic car. It will continue on as long as users continue to support it. If you keep using them, I intend to continue to provide support as long as I'm able.

1) Keep buying new Omni products as long as they are still produced. We don't want them moldering on some shelf in Leviton's warehouse. Having them in the hands of Omni fans will make them available later.
2) Locate other dealers to buy their spare or used stock. There are working Omni controllers that were installed over 30 years ago. These systems will withstand almost anything, but a lightning strike. But having spare part will allow you to keep your systems running even when new stock is unavailable.
3) Get everything repaired. If you have a Omni Board that was damaged or defective, get it repaired by Leviton. This includes getting any locked boards unlocked. The cost now will be worth it later.
4) If you are ready to leave the Omni world, sell your spare or used product to other dealers. They will appreciate having those items and you will appreciate the extra cash.

a) Worthington Distribution has sold and supported the Omni systems for over 25 years. You can expect them to sell until the last controller rolls off the line. But, beyond that, Worthington continues to support their current customer. As long as you buy it from Worthington, they will support everything purchased. Contact me at steve@worthdist.com or 570-451-4761
2) I'm setting up a classified section strictly for Omni products on my website. I will be contacting other dealers to post their products for sale. Look there in the next few weeks as I get the responses.
3) For Omni repairs, call Leviton support at the new number 800-824-3005, option 8, or email sasupport@leviton.com .
4) List your Omni products for sale on my site. Right now, I am offering free postings for 7 days. Extended period postings will be for a small fee. Please follow the link to our contact form to post your classified ad. Classifieds
Omni controllers will be out there running automation for years to come. If you want to keep them running join the club. I am also gathering and posting support documents here. If you can't find the info elsewhere, my small curating fee will be worth it.
