After completing 3 half marathons in 2018 the time felt right to take on the Virgin London Marathon 2019.

The charity I have chosen is a small but special one that's close to my heart. They are called Phab Kids and their focus is on supporting mentally and physically challenged children and young people. You can follow the link to donate to my page.

I’m flying to MIPIM next week where my training will continue. It will be a very different experience starting with 18 miles in Nice. If anyone would like to join me for a 10k run in Cannes I’ll be doing The MIPIM Property Networking Runs Sponsored by LandAid. You can book here.

I have a fundraising target of £2,250 (not including any gift aid) and I have 53 days left to meet that target.
