- The NodeJS Foundation and the JS Foundation have merged to form the OpenJS Foundation. Read all about it here.

- The Chrome UX Team has released a collection of real-world user experiences from over 5 million websites in the month of February. Check out the UX report guidelines for exploring data in March.

- The forloop Africa Community is going live in Morroco with a meetup, The Craft of Modern Software Development. The event will take place on the 23rd of March 2019 in the city of Marrakech. Check out the list of speakers and cop your seat here.

- forloop Zimbabwe is set to host its maiden event on the 13th of April. The theme of the event is Meet, Share, Collaborate. The Call For Papers is out, and if you'd like to give a talk at the event,
fill this form. Deadline for submission is the 26th of March.
