hanks to an unusually mild winter, we have already tasted some very precocious green English Asparagus, some deeply flavoured wild garlic leaves from the Isle of Wight, superb spring onions and the most strikingly intense lovage we've ever encountered. We have some Amazing Yorkshire Rhubarb which we poach with pomegranate syrup and Indonesian pepper, becoming one of the best plant-based dished I have ever tasted.
The colours are as intense as the flavours. Try something new for Spring!
