Our Prayer Workshop

We had an engaging time last Saturday experiencing some different ways to pray.
Starting with a time of community worship we then selected one of the workshops.
There was an opportunity to be creative with a passage from Revelation; draw a Celtic knot to the background music of a Dawn Chorus in an English wood; walking a labyrinth with feet or fingers; experiment with inner silence; or explore the possibilities of journaling.
There was time to sample each of the workshops.
We finished before midday by re-grouping and reflecting on our time. Finally we prayed 'Circle me Lord' before saying our fairwells.
