Hey,

Happy Tuesday! This week I've been doing lots of prep for Start Up Europe Summit this week. Looking forward to networking and talking more about what I'm doing at Culturefiy and Frauvis.

In my normal browsing, I came across this super cute company Brown Girls Stationary, whose CEO is a 9-year-old girl who wants to start an entrepreneurship academy for kids without having to go to college.

Also, Did you hear Product Hunt x Coda are hosting another Maker Festival this year? Product Hunt Makers Festival 'The 'No Code Edition' 3.25-3.29

Anyone and everyone is encouraged to create any kind of product under the categories of Life Hacks, Tools, Social Impact, Tiny Apps, and more! If you choose to use Coda to build your product, Coda Experts will be on-hand to help you realize your vision in a Coda doc.

Check MakerPad and NoCode.tech for no code resources. Catch some starter ideas by Florin Pop and Anne-Laure Le Cunff.

Read the CEO of Product Hunt, Ryan Hoover's blog post on the The Rise of “No Code”.

I was so sad last year when I got sick and was unable to participate, so I'm highly considering joining this one 😃.  I have noticed I have not seen too many black women join the maker movement, looking forward to seeing us creating and making more! If you are thinking of joining this year, let's chat and brainstorm on an idea. Start a convo in the brainstorming channel in slack!

Enjoy,
Naya

Tip Of The Week ✨

Make a habit of talking to successful people at work and networking events. Most women in their office may walk right pass c-suite folks for various reasons. Say hello, ask how are the kids, what cool projects are they working on, and more. This shows that you see that successful person as a person and someone approachable. Take the time to build relationships and learn a lot from small conversations.
