A few years ago, Region 12 purchased carpeting to cover the stage at the Nugget. As you know last year, the Nugget bought a brand new stage for concerts. The new stage is already carpeted so we have this great carpet for sale.
We have 4 rolls of 10' x 60' carpet in a beautiful black with white flecks color (called Tuxedo color). It is a flame retardant, polyester blend that was only used twice on the performance stage. It is in great shape and would be perfect for a rehearsal space or a rec room. It weighs approximately 130 lbs per roll and can fit in the back of a large pickup truck. It is currently being stored in the Reno area until we can sell it. The region is asking $300 per roll or $1000 for all four rolls ($200 savings). The 2019 Webcast Team is looking for a volunteer/s to be our "Shout-Out" Manager during the webcast at the Nugget in Sparks this May 3rd and 4th.

WEBSITE CONVERSION PLANNED
We have started transferring website information to a new website, which we hope to launch after contest, in May. We will be switching from ConnectedSound to HarmonySite. About eight chapters in the region already use HarmonySite as their webserver so they know some of the benefits we will reap from this website conversion.. This conversion will make interaction between the chorus/chapters and the region more mainstream. Look for more information to come your way soon.
